Leave M6 at Penrith and take A66 to Keswick, head for Cockermouth Sheep and Wool centre roundabout and take the third exit, Workington, at the second roundabout take second exit for Maryport. At third roundabout take first exit for Maryport (A594). Follow this road you will pass the Ship Inn on the right, the road will then go up and hill and round a bend and start to widen. Take the second exit left for Seaton. You will pass through the village of Broughton Moor, at the crossroads go straight across. This road will bring you into Seaton, past the Coachman Inn on the right, you will drop down the hill and round a bend, Armidale Cottages B&B is on the left almost opposite the entrance to The Oaks, a new housing development.
