Leave M6 at Penrith and take A66 to Keswick, head for Cockermouth Sheep and Wool centre roundabout and take the third exit, Workington, at the second roundabout take first exit for Workington. At third roundabout take second exit straight across for Workington. At Stainburn school take second exit and follow sign for town centre, at the bottom of the hill at traffic lights turn right for Maryport and follow road across the bridge, turn right for Seaton. Follow road straight through village under the old railway bridge with purple bikers on, Armidale cottage is opposite the childrens park at the top end near the bungalows.
